Vintage hand decorated "Thomas" - Bavarian porcelain oval dish made in Germany between 1953- 1960

Cobalt blue with gilt trimming

Condition :- Good second-hand

Does show signs of fading around the edge of the bowl and very faint marks on the underside (See attached images)

These pieces are often admired for their intricate hand-decorated designs and craftsmanship. They were made in Germany, and many collectors value them for their historical and artistic significance.

The company was founded in 1904 by Fritz Thomas in Marktredwitz, Bavaria, under the name "Porzellanfabrik Thomas & Ens."
