DESCRIPTION:

A glazed terracotta clay vase, hand-decorated during the period between World War One (WW1) and
World War Two (WW2) (1918-1939) with a landscape scene of two cows and trees in a Devon meadow,
Jack in the Pulpit rim with two Mayflies, against a yellow ground of annular bands, teal green base rim.

MARKS:

Impressed: H. M. and Exeter.

CONDITION:

No cracks, with fine overall crazing and two chips (see close-up image).

DIMENSIONS:

Approximately 8cm base diameter X 13.5cm height.
