"Clear glass is the material I love best," says Ingegerd Råman, an employee of Orrefors glassworks since December 1999. "It puts itself into play by refracting the light. A tiny object can be just as significant as a giant one can! It is my passion, which is why my design language and I fit in so well at Orrefors. The glassworks offers assets and resources I look forward to working with."

This jar was manufactured at Sandviks glassworks in Hovmantorp, Sweden, which specialises in light, thin glass. Orrefors has owned the works since 1918.

Magnificent jar with Turquoise lid.  There is a tiny (inconspicuous) fleabite on the lip of the lid as shown in detailed picture, hence the very reasonable pricing.

I prefer using recycled packaging materials as far as possible.
