For the discerning home, a beautiful vintage ivorine Chinese Willow - Emperor's Table, with oval scalloped rim top, of willow tree, mountain background and village scene with horse drawn carriage, traditionally attired people sharing gifts, very ceremonial. size 64 cm x 42cm. The base depicts the Emperor and Empress seated back to back on their thrones, flanked on either sides with two tall tusk shaped pillars, each with detailed story of there own. All resting on ornate plinth. size 31 cm x 22 cm x 46 cm. This table is in good condition with little age wear and some chips which is not noticeable. This stunning table is signed to the top and base, there is no glass. weight + 10 kgs.
