DESCRIPTION:

A mid 20thC glazed porcelain temple jar and lid of baluster form, hand decorated with two panels,
one depicting a young girl in a garden and the other a young boy, on a floral turquoise green ground.

MARKS:

Circular iron-red stamp with Chinese script and the number 33.
(Jiangxi Jingdezhen Reputable Porcelain Number 33 Enamel Pattern).

CONDITION:

No chips, cracks or crazing.

DIMENSIONS:

Approximately 9cm diameter at widest point X 22cm height.
