Vintage cloth tape measure on reel and enclosed in leather case, made by John Rabone, Birmingham. Sold under the trade name of 'Hockley Abbey', the tape measure dates back to the mid 1800s. 'Rabone' can be traced back to 1780 in Sheffield, England
