Vintage No 3 Autographic Kodak folding pocket camera

Manufactured in Rochester, USA, between 1914 and 1926

This old and rare folding bellows camera manufactured by Eastman Kodak is in excellent condition for its age. The shutter with its various speeds and apertures appears to be in good working order, as well as the bellows which show little sign of wear.

The camera was designed for A-118 Kodak Autographic film which naturally is no longer obtainable. The camera is therefore being offered as a valuable collector's item, no longer for use.

The camera comes with a brown leather case, on the inside of which is written: G Durrant, Salisbury, S.Rhod. Presumably Durrant was the original owner, although the camera has been in my family for about 40 years.

The only discernible blemishes are that the camera no longer has a leather handle, the leather covering is coming away slightly from the aluminium body, which can be easily repaired, and the stitching on the leather carrying case is coming apart in places due to age. This, once again, can be easily repaired.
