I believe this to be a set of vintage WWII English Military saddlebags. The are made of high quality leather with brass 2 buttons on each side.

The bags are expandable to almost 3 inches and each bag is 14" x 5 & 1/2" in size. They are in excellent condition with no cracks, tears or damage of any kind. Each of the 4 buttons are brass and show some patina on them.
