Vintage leather leg of mutton gun case

Vintage leather mutton leg case, rough condition with some obvious wear and tear and some leather parts broken/missing. The lock is marked Sanders Patent no. 1185, it is locked and I have never forced it open.

Pictures are of the actual item up for auction. Please take a close look at all the photographs, they say more than a thousand words. Note that in some cases there might be slight colour variations between the actual item and my photographs.
