 OLD LIGHTER - HALLMARKED SILVER (I BELIEVE DUTCH SILVER MARKS)

This lighter seems in very nice condition.   I am selling it as it is in the photos.  I dont know how to put fuel in or if it has a flint etc etc.  There is a wick where a wick should be .   It has an unusual way of making a spark to light the wick.  I dont know about lighters but this one really seems to be special.

All seems good and looks as if it would work if you put fuel in it.

Please dont hesitate to ask any question with regard to this lighter.
