The colour of the item may slightly vary from the photo due to lighting- no photos have been photo shopped. 
There may be some pilling especially on knitwear and we do try to remove as much of the fluff as possible. 

Payment: 
To be made within 2 days of placing order, if no payment is received the item will go on sale again for other buyers. If no payment is received the sale will default and VKG will sell to other interested buyers.Proof of payment can be emailed to [email protected] and the item(s) will only be released once correct funds are paid into account.

Delivery: 
Items will be posted on Saturdays and a tracking number will be emailed/smsed. It usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive at your nearest post office. All items posted via SAPO incur costs, no direct delivery/ pick up (or if otherwise agreed upon) is possible at this stage. PostNet counter to counter is also available and takes 2-3 working days to deliver.

Refunds: 
As these are vintage and/or second hand clothing we will note any defects on the items as discussed above however no refunds are possible. If you are unhappy with the quality (unless it has not been stated in the description) of the purchase please contact us via email. Most of the time there is only one item of a particular item, size exchanges are not possible. Buyer's regret in regards to changing your mind/not liking the item once received will not be accepted, please be sure before purchasing. We are not liable for items that are lost in transit. When purchasing items buyers make themselves liable to the terms and conditions and it will be understood that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions as such.
