Terms and Conditions for Sales and Auctions by [SICTOYS]
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales, auctions, and transactions conducted by me , operating under the display name "SICTOYS" or any associated accounts on various online platforms.
By placing a bid, making an offer, purchasing an item, or otherwise engaging in any transaction with me, you (the "Buyer" or "Bidder") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not bid, offer, or purchase.
Seller's Status and Discretion
All items are offered for sale by me as the private owner/seller. I reserve the absolute right, at my sole and unfettered discretion and without any liability:
to withdraw any item or all items from auction/sale at any time, for any reason (including before, during, or after bidding ends);
to cancel any transaction or bid;
to reject any bid or offer (including the highest bid);
to end an auction early or extend it.
No explanation will be provided.
Item Descriptions and Condition
All items are sold strictly "as is, where is", with all faults and defects (whether latent or patent).
Descriptions, photos, measurements, and any statements about condition, authenticity, age, origin, or value are provided in good faith but are for guidance only. They do not constitute a warranty or representation of any kind.
Payment must be made in full within [specify timeframe, e.g., 3 business days
Title and ownership remain with me until full payment is received and cleared.
Late or non-payment may result in cancellation of the sale.
Unless otherwise stated, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping, packaging, insurance, and delivery costs.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon payment.
I am not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by carriers or third parties controlled by BOBSHOP.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted except in cases of genuine material misrepresentation proven to my satisfaction (and subject to my sole discretion). Platform-specific return policies may apply additionally if mandated by the platform.
Liability
My total liability (if any) shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item.
I shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from any transaction.
Important: Once your item has been shipped, responsibility for the delivery passes to Bobshop and the assigned courier (automatically selected by the platform).
As the seller, I cannot assist with shipping, tracking or delivery matters after dispatch.
