There are very FEW words I can think of to describe the BEAUTY AND SPLENDOR of this AMAZING item. It has the unique ability to cause one to pause....just to ADMIRE it !!

VINTAGE VICTORIAN Silver Tone Metal Water Pitcher/jug with FOUR Lions Claw feet and a LOVELY Ornate Handle. It could be Silver Plated but I doubt this because even though it is Vintage, there is NO plate loss ANYWHERE. It is NOT sterling since it appears too heavy for that and it is definitely NOT Pewter.

A Silver Tone Metal Plate is attached to the top before the Spout and this is a Brilliant design since it prevents unnecessary Spillage while pouring when the Jug/Pitcher is Full.

The Closest I have found to this particular design (with the same feet) is from the early 1900's so I would imagine that this could very well be the case with this item

It is in PERFECT condition and has been SUPERBLY looked after. There are NO rust, stains or damages anywhere. Even the inside has been looked after.
