Vintage Mancilla Divided Serving Platter.
This lovely piece features hand-painted vegetables and form part of a whole range of vegetable themed serving pieces.
The platter was made by Mancioli, a renowned Italian ceramic company. These hand-painted vegetable designs were primarily produced during the 1960s and 1970s, reflecting a mid-century modern aesthetic.
The pottery was crafted in Montelupo, Italy, a town with a rich history of ceramic production. Many of these pieces were produced by Mancioli for Lachman & Co., which may be stamped on the base alongside the manufacturer's mark.
Made in Italy, 1950s.
Visible Flaws: Minor age-related wear. The is an old chip on the right handle as shown.
