Complete with all parts. Case in good condition with red velvet inlay. 2 small splits in "leather" on edge of case.

German made safety razor with blade holder. ("Made in Germany printed on razor)

Scissor tip flaked off and rusty. All other components in fair to good condition. Mix of "country of origin" on other parts. Some say US some say nothing.
