This vintage Addmaster was made in West Germany and was used for adding and subtracting  before electronic calculators were invented (circa 1945). It is in its original metal case with original propelling pencil/stylis. The addition function is on one side and the subtraction on the reverse. The green outer metal case is embossed with the word "Addmaster". The words Foreign and a serial number is also engraved at the bottom. The calculator and the stylis is well used.
