Vintage Marcel Breuer S34 Genuine White Leather Cantilever Tubular Chrome Armchairs.

For your consideration is a Marcel Breuer S34 Bauhaus cantilever armchair. The design (originally from the 1920s) is generally misattributed to Mart Stam due to a conflict with Breuer which resulted in the design not being officially patented by the latter. The chair has beautiful granular textured ivory-white leather stretched across functional chromed tubular steel frames. The chair would work perfectly in a studio/workspace/office environment as well as in ones dining room for a more contemporary feel.
Origin: made in Italy in the 1960s.
Condition: in good vintage condition. The chrome frames are in excellent shape with no signs of rust. The leather is in fair shape with almost some signs of wear in the shape of small surface scratches, some bumps along the edges of the armrests as well as some discolouration on the seats (meaning that the tone transitions from an ivory-beige to white) which gives it a bit of character. The chairs are structurally stable. The seating has the bottom cardboard reinforcing slightly ripped. This does not affect the chair structurally and can only be seen when flipping the chair upside down.
