This is a vintage Mecer CRT monitor and mouse. Its in used condition, as shown in the photos. I have plugged it in, and it powers on. The power button presses, and the adjustment dials turn. However, I have not tested it with a computer or monitor outputso it is strictly sold as-is, untested beyond powering on. Due to its vintage nature, no guarantees are made on functionality. The condition is decent for its age, but it is sold as-is, with condition as per the photos.
