This is a sharp looking vintage signed Monet black and cream enamel necklace. There is no wear to the warm yellow gold finish or wear to the enamel. It is signed Monet on the back of the necklace. 

Condition: Overall, this necklace is in excellent condition for its vintage age. 

A little about..MONET

Monet, having produced high quality jewelry for more than eight decades, formed in 1927 under the moniker of Monocraft Products Company. Monet originally created gold toned metal monogram plaques with an innovative plating process. Within two years they used their innovative techniques to create jewelry.  Every decade Monet pivoted and created sophisticated and fashion forward designs. Not only were they innovators in the area of design but also function by creating the barrel clutch for pierced ears and the friction ear clip for non pierced ears. During the 1980s, Monet also produced jewelry for Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent. Monet was purchased by Liz Claiborne in 2000 and is still producing jewelry today.
