Move is a viewer lighter manufactured by Oriental. The move part name is in reference to a movie.
Looking through the view in the lighter shows pictures of Bikini clad ladies.
This mechanism is shown as a cap, magnifying lens, and very tiny pictures glued onto a disc that rotates.
As far as I can tell it seems to be unused. No indication of any use. Looks new !!!
I tried viewing and turning pictures, but seems a bit stiff and does not turn easy. Did not want to force it .
