Vintage National 2-Speaker T-79 portable radio. I would date this old portable radio to the early 1960s. It is manufactured from plastic and metal, and is housed in a leather carry bag. The radio has 2 wave bands - medium wave and short wave, and has a telescopic aerial. It uses 3 small torch batteries. The radio switches on, but I could not pick up a station - most probably because it is SW and MW. The radio has a small chip to the plastic on one side, and a bit of loose stitching on the bottom right of the pouch. Great buy.
