Vintage Necchi Trainer mini–Sewing Machine crafted in Italy

The machine needs a handle and also needs a service as the wheel is stuck, and I get it to turn.  Furthermore, this is still a stunning display piece and if someone can restore it, it will be brilliant.

The machine was produced by Necchi, a renowned Italian manufacturer founded by Vittoria Necchi in Pavia, Italy in 1919. This "Trainer" toy model was manufactured during the 1950's and 1960's aliening with the company's famous post-war production boom.  The body is made of diecast.
