On offer are these teaspoons with the rose motive. They have a back stamp "NS" just below the rose on the back.
The "NS" stands for "NIEUWZILVER" (please note that the Dutch term or phrase for "nieuwzilver" translated in English means "nickel silver" or "German silver". Other common names for this alloy are "paktong", "new silver" and "alpacca" (or "alpaca"). It is a metal alloy of copper with nickel and often, but not always, zinc. It is named for its silvery appearance, but contains no elemental silver unless plated.
These teaspoons would compliment any tea or coffee set on display, and does not require frequent cleaning. This would be a wonderful addition to any tea or coffee party.
The teaspoons are in good condition nd just need a joly good buff.
