Vintage No. 5 1/2 jack plane. I have to admit that I am confused as to what this plane is, but I would estimate that it dates to the 1960s. It has a heavy body with raised ridges in the front and back, and has a Stanley lever cap and lateral blade adjuster. It is 38cm long, and has a 6cm wide blade. It has a solid wood handle and knob. The plane is in fair condition - has some surface rust that would require cleaning. Great buy for the woodworker.
