The set was bought in 1949 in Cape Town.  A Meccano Gears Outfit A was purchased a few years later. The set was used only occationally by the owner who is now in his eighties. The set was used for the last time 30 years ago.  It is its original Meccano box complete with the original manuals. The set is nearly complete but presumely with some bolts, nuts and washers missing.  Ideally the set should be collected in Kempton Park but it can be delivered by courier (preferably to nearest Postnet Office)  but the delivery expenses will be for the account of the buyer.  Estimate delivery within South Africa R310.
