VINTAGE ONE QUART CLEAR GLASS MILK BOTTLE : Nel's Rust Dairies Jhb

Wording on reverse of bottle (not photographed) ONE QUART. On the front it reads THIS BOTTLE IS THE PROPERTY OF NEL'S RUST DAIRIES JOHANNESBURG A BRANCH OF NATIONAL CO-OPERATIVE DAIRIES.

As can be seen the letters E A R are reflected below a crown. On the base around the triangle the hash sign, 5 4 and below 1031. There is, what appears to be, a chip on the base. Height of bottle, about 26cm, Circumference, at widest point 32cm, Circumference at neck: 14cm. There are about 3 whitish abrasive small marks on the side of the bottle.
