I THINK THIS IS WHAT IS CALLED A BRUSH POT IN WHICH THE ARTIST WOULD STORE HIS PAINT BRUSHES. DUE TO AGE IT HAS DEVELOPED A LOVELY PATINA AND HAS A VERY ATTRACTIVE DESIGN CARVED INTO IT.AS WE KNOW BAMBOO HAS A TENDENCY TO SPLIT AND THERE ARE A FEW MINOR CRACKS. OTHER THAN THAT THERE IS NO OTHER DAMAGE. THIS IS A LOVELY PIECE.
I AM OFFERING THIS POT FOR SALE STARTING AT R1.00 TO HELP THE "STRUGGLING" ARTISTS OUT THERE !!!!!!!!
