On offer is a beautiful Panel Gauge. All it needs is a new marking pin. Ive left this for the Buyer to choose and insert themselves it could either be a round pin or a knife shaped pin. There is a debate about which form of pin is best.
This gauge has been well made and cleaned up for a new owner. It is 58 cm in length.
Rob Rozaieski, of Fine Woodworking, describes the panel gauge as the biggest of all gauges and that As their name implies, they are used for marking wide boards and panels. He goes on to say that it is basically like a marking gauge on steroids.
