The slot extension on PCI 4 is an Asus propriety 8-bit ISA slot. There was an optional Asus Multimedia Card back in the day that used it.
The 32Gb USB flash drive has been set up as FAT32 drive (E:) The Docs folder, Win98 CABS and some programs have been installed to it so its an integrated part of the system. Helps unload the 1Tb SCSII drive, and speed wise its almost the same as the SCSII. Its a good quality SanDisk USB3.1 in a metal body, fitted an additional heat sink to it so its good for job.
