This old chap is a real die hard. He spent his days in a black smith's shop on a farm in Cathcart dist. Like so many of his counterparts he was made redundant by the arrival of Escom and landed in the calf shed. But he refuseded to lie down and die. He kept the crank wheel turning and the chuck spinning but the small wheel at the top succomed to rust and needs to be loostened.
