DESCRIPTION:
A mid 20thC glazed porcelain vase, decorated with a hand-painted polychrome enamel Phoenix bird.
The naive use of black and rust coloured enamels is typical of the very last years of the 1940's.
MARKS:
Square iron-red stamp with Chinese script.
"Qianlong Period (1736-1795) Make".
CONDITION:
No chips, cracks or crazing.
DIMENSIONS:
Approximately 6.5cm diameter X 16.5cm height.
