This quite clearly is a very good quality item. Despite no obvious brand name, it will have retailed expensively when new. Not expert in this field,
But it's 870g weight leaves little doubt about the quality. "SILVER DEPOSIT 12 DWTS" sounds technically beyond me, too.
The crisp, imprinted base-stamp states:
"SILVER DEPOSIT 12 DWTSEPNSHARD SOLDEREDCAPACITY 1½ PINTS or SIX CUPSMADE IN SHEFFIELD ENGLAND"
Measurements: 19 cm high; 16 wide spout to handle; weight 870g. \
Condition externally is very good with just a few minor marks and blemishes.
Has been used for coffee which has lightly stained the inside.
No serious wear, marking or scratches inside, I think a proprietary clean will return the inside to excellent condition.
