This Racal, model 9839, 560 MHz, 8-digit, Frequency meter is in good working condition. It was only tested from 10 Hz to 10 MHz which was the highest frequency generator available to check beyond 10 MHz to its specified 560 MHz maximum.  However, it does have a built in 1 MHz calibration check to confirm that everything is working correctly and this has always shown up as fully operational.

It comes with a detailed maintenance manual with circuit diagrams, calibration setup etc. etc. (see attached photos)

  It has been in occasional use for the past two years without any problems.
