Edit: Found a wick for the burner, see photo.

Edit: Please note that the lens rotator has got some surface rust underneath the black paint as can be seen in the additional photos. The burner is without a wick and the lens rotator is fitted with a red and a blue lens only with no clear lens, the clear light being supplied through the clear lens in the main body.

These unit is fitted with its original small paraffin lantern. One green, one blue and one clear lens could be used by turning the top part in line with an outer lens. The lamp is in a good condition although it could use a new coat of paint. No makers detail or date is shown. Base diameter 120 mm and height 330 mm. Outer lens diameter is 115 mm. As per photos.
