VINTAGE ROUND FOOTSTOOL - 1930's

A Lovely 1930's Round Footstool with Tapestry Cushion

The walnut (or mahogany, I am not sure) frame of the footstool has four legs with bun feet. The removable cushion seat is upholstered in a tapestry with lovely roses and leaves on a beige background. The tapestry is in excellent, clean condition. This stool stands quite high and may not have been used as a footstool resulting in the good condition of the tapestry covering or the old seating has been replaced. The wooden frame is sturdy and solid. Two light scratches can be seen on the rounded area of the frame
