The Royal Jamaica brand traces its history back to 1935, and as the name would imply, was founded in Kingston, Jamaica and used Jamaican tobacco.
The brand gained popularity, particularly after the Cuban embargo, and became known for its distinctive smooth, woody taste, attributed to the mild Jamaican tobacco used in its filler. 
Condition: Very Good, the edges and corners are in very good condition as well as the internal decals, a collectors delight, clasp and hinges are still perfect.
