Vintage SADF M87 Kevlar helmet. This old SADF helmet dates to c1987. Made by SAPHI Ltd. (South African Pith Helmet Industry Ltd.), it is manufactured from Kevlar and have ballistic protective capability. They were lighter than the old staaldak, and have a a three-point chin strap. This helmet is used, but is in good condition. Great buy.
