An elegant old German ROWENTA semi-automatic petrol lighter. The "triggers" are pulled / pushed and the top springs up!

Lighter is untested but looks to be intact. The name "Bella" is inscribed on the cartouche, and on the side "From Mother, 17.3.51" and on the otherside "ALPACCA".
