This is a vintage set of Stanley No. 55 cutters. It is a set of all 4 boxes and most appear to be unused.

Overall, in the boxes there are 48 cutters with an extra 2 that are shown in the photos, totalling 50 cutters in all.

This is a very old set that were made at the time that Stanley still referred to itself as the Stanley Rule & Level Company and they were made in New Britian, Connecticut, USA.

Some of the cutters seem to have been modified or manufactured, but overall, this is a set that is in excellent condition and virtually complete.

IT IS VERY RARE THAT A SET OF 55 CUTTERS AS OLD AND COMPLETE AS THIS SET, IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES, IS AVAILABLE.
