An interesting vintage sewing collectable in an old hem marker. A wooden ruler 60cm high marked in centimeters on the front and inches on the back stands on a heavy metal base with a chalk filled cup which can be positioned at the hight of the hem attached to a rubber squeezer which will put chalk out to mark the hem line. This would appear to be in good condition - and still has some chalk.
