This set needs some restoration The fountain pen barrel don't Turn on tight The nib section fits loose on the Barrel  and the cap also not fitting on the barrel tightly 

and the Pencil barrel has a burn mark . the pencil mechanism also have a problem Please see all Photos 

 the Gold Clips does not have any writing on, the clips does not test Positive for Gold -Only the Nib, Yes they are made in the USA ,The Caps are not Marked 925
