 Rare vintage Sicura .......when you move it, the second hand ticks for a bit then stops and the minute hand moves a bit even in the short while I took the pics as you can see......might just need a good service, but I think it's safer to say the watch is for sale for repairs. Measures 32mm with crown. As far as I know Sicura went on to buy Breitling before they discontinued the Sicura name.
