Vintage! Silver Alloy 21st Key On Wooden Stand

Stunning silver metal alloy 21st key on a wooden stand. The key is 21cm long and weighs about a kilogram. The wooden stand is oval shaped and measures 13cm x 8cm x 1cm. The pillars that hold the key is 6cm tall. The base of the stand has a felt backing for the protection of the stand and your furniture. There is a silver engraving plate on the stand with the date "23-7-75" denoting the birth date as 23rd July 1975. Making this awesome item 50 years old. The giving of the 21st key is a South African tradition handed over from generation to generation. It symbolizes handing one the key to the house or the opening of the door to maturity and becoming an adult.
