The vintage niello and silver clip-on earrings, each, have a shaped front covered with niello; a silver rim; and an engraved decoration of a Thai figure. They are marked "STERLING; SIAM". Siam was the name of Thailand used before 1939. This indicates that the earrings were probably made in the 1930's
