The cosmetic condition is excellent!
This is a three-head, single-motor tape deck, with decent sound, good specs and accepted reels up to 7 in diameter.
The TC 366 could be used in a vertical or horizontal position thanks to the sloped cabinet. It was first necessary, however, to remove a few screws, lift the deck out of its wooden sleeve and rotate it 180 degrees before horizontal operation was possible.
The deck had mixable AUX and MIC inputs which allowed a number of neat features.
First, in conjunction with another deck, you could record a stereo track, then, while feeding that stereo program into the AUX inputs of the 366, you could mix in another stereo recording via the MIC inputs.
