Looks great. May need a service. Has been sitting sealed in a carry bag for 25 years.
It does take ordinary cassettes. However the cassette in there is very old and what seems to happen is that I can't record onto it or get any proper sound. So the Walkman may need a service. It has been sitting untouched in a camera bag for 25 years so it may not be in working order and I have no other newer cassettes to test it with.
Without batteries or headphones. I put some of my batteries in and the buttons seem to work.
You would have to buy it as it is.
