Large Vintage South African Railways & Harbours Double sided Lamp . No burner. A T marking in the hadle and the SAR/S Logo on the front. I have never seen one like it and it appears to have been coated with brass at the time of manufacture. Size is 33cm x 16cm x 16cm.
