VINTAGE SOVIET document.

 Certifying that Ivan Vasilyevich Romanyuk had completed a specialised course and is thus  authorised to work  as a Radio and TV repairer at the Malyshev Plant in Kharkov, Ukraine, in 1969 in the Boiler Workshop. Malyshev was a secret USSR plant where truck/tank engines for the earlier bush war against RSA in Angola was manufactured. No serial number or photo of bearer, just another document indicating how every move of  it’s citizens were controlled under communist rule. Not being in possession of this certificate could lead to a severe jail term. Condition compatible of what can be expected of a worker in a boiler workshop.
