Certifying that Ivan Vasilyevich Romanyuk had completed a specialised course and is thus authorised to work as a Radio and TV repairer at the Malyshev Plant in Kharkov, Ukraine, in 1969 in the Boiler Workshop. Malyshev was a secret USSR plant where truck/tank engines for the earlier bush war against RSA in Angola was manufactured.
