Beautiful vintage Sowerby Sawtooth boat shaped pressed glass bowl is in sparkling pre-owned vintage condition.
The bowl was advertised in the Sowerby 1954 catalogue, under the name "Boat". Pattern no 2634
Heavy ribbed glass, in great condition, with no chips, or cracks.
Measures approximately 24.2 cm length x 14 cm width x 12 cm at highest point.
Weighs a heavy 1.020 kg before packaging.
Sowerby glass is a great name to collectors of pressed glass and its items are much sought after. Of all the pressed glass manufacturers in the North-East and Midlands of England, Sowerby is the one with a different approach to their decorative designs.
Overall in good condition except for a small chip that is only noticeable upon close inspection. Price is adjusted to accommodate for that.
