Stunning Stainless Steel letter opener in wooden case. Has a ruler on the side. Made for the company staff or maybe their clients and suppliers. The wooden case disguises the openers true function. The original letter openers were called paper knives and were first mentioned around the 1850's and designed to cut off the wax seal on letters. Nice and neat sitting atop your desk.
